Cancellation policy

• Up to 30 days prior arrival: no charge
• Up to 21 days prior arrival: 20%
• Up to 14 days prior arrival: 30%
• 13 to 0 days: 100% 
• No Show:100%
• Early departure have to be payed in full. 
• If 1 person cancel, the rate will be automaticly adjusted to the next category. 

The charge is for the whole stay, excluding taxes, halfboard and skipasses.

We request  to have an insurance:  Reiserücktrittversicherung bei der Europäischen Reiseversicherung.
